Hexx, one of our all-time favourite places to enjoy “cheap” drinks, is on the Las Vegas Blvd! Located in front of the Paris Hotel & Casino, it is an excellent location to people watch the Bellagio Fountains, the street entertainers, and the sunsets that fall behind The Cosmopolitan in the late afternoons!
While the drinks and food are discounted here, the menu isn’t that extensive for variety on the Happy Hour. That said, the entertainment and location value is worth it every single time!
