Border Grill is in a wonderful location overlooking the main pool at Mandalay Bay, with their two-storey patio area, giving an excellent rest bite from the Vegas heat. The Mexican food flare here is excellent, and their bottomless mimosas are a perfect pairing for any brunch! We would highly recommend making a reservation because, on the weekends, it gets incredibly busy.
